How the Chicken Feeder Finder (RentACoop models) works

We compare published specifications; we have not tested these products.

Which details affect a match?

A model matches when its details meet every choice you select. Missing or conflicting values stay unknown. If nothing fits, the finder shows the closest option and what it misses.

  • Published feed capacity to compare (lb)?
  • Feeder type?
  • Body material?

Order and links

The starting order helps you browse. Your choices determine which models match. When the first match has no product link, the finder identifies another linked match separately. Commission amounts do not determine a match.

Sources and limitations

Ten RentACoop feeders, all taken from RentACoop's own product pages on September 26, 2026. Waterer bundles, listings that weren't available and one version whose capacity claims disagreed were left out when the ten were chosen. Where a page gave no body material (the 10 lb 4-port) or no placement or port count (the treadle and trough feeders), that cell stays blank, and a blank port count doesn't mean zero ports. Refill intervals and feed waste aren't covered. Nobody filled these feeders or watched a flock eat from them, so everything here rests on RentACoop's descriptions.

The finder shows source links and the dates they were checked. Those dates do not establish today’s price or stock. Before ordering, confirm the model and variant on the seller’s page.
