Seven say they do, from the 1080P C200 and C206 up to the 4K C260. The C110, C120 and C425 pages don't mention it.
No outlet nearby? The C425 MagCam is sold as battery powered but doesn't mention pan or tilt.

Card capacity separates cameras that share a video class
Tapo’s 2K Indoor Security Camera accepts a maximum 256 GB microSD card, while its 2K QHD Indoor/Outdoor Security Camera accepts up to 512 GB; both carry the maker’s 2K video label. A larger card limit expands your storage choice, but it does not tell you how long a camera will record.
All 10 cameras provide a card limit, spanning 256 to 512 GB. Read the card-type guidance, local-recording behavior and subscription terms for the exact model. Recording duration and paid features are not quantified in this comparison.
Moving the view and talking through the camera are separate features
Pan and tilt are documented for 7 cameras, including Tapo’s RoomCam and HybridCam Duo. The other entries do not have a resolved pan-and-tilt value here. Every camera supports audio in both directions, so that control does not narrow the selection.
We read Tapo’s camera descriptions without streaming pets through the apps. A video-class label does not resolve low-light detail, app compatibility or how clearly a pet hears the speaker. Review placement, power and audio controls before choosing a view of the room.
Before you buy
Will these cameras spot my pet on their own?
TP-Link's pet lines differ. The C425 and C246D pages mention alerts for pets and the C236 describes tracking that follows people and pets; the other seven pet lines only speak of watching or checking on pets, and a pet-use line isn't pet detection.
Does 2K mean the same picture on every model?
The records give TP-Link's video-class labels without pixel dimensions. Six models are labeled 2K, and the C120's title adds QHD. Compare exact pixel dimensions on the maker's page before assuming those labels mean the same thing.
Do I need a subscription?
The records list microSD support but don't record cloud-storage options or subscription plans. The C425's saved quote says its alerts need no subscription. The C110 supports cards up to 256 GB, the other nine up to 512 GB. Check the current terms for your model.
Can any of these toss treats?
Treat dispensing isn't documented in these records. They cover cameras for watching and talking to your pet, and every model lists two-way audio.
